Buy orange olive oil from MANI
It only takes two high-quality ingredients to make an outstanding product. This is demonstrated by the orange olive oil from MANI Bläuel in Greece. The seasoning oil is made from the best MANI organic olive oil and organic oranges. The olive oil is obtained with great care exclusively from Koroneiki olives. A special method is used to achieve the unique flavour of oranges: Freshly cut organic orange peels are added to the cold-extracted olive oil. The olive oil gradually absorbs the delicious flavour of the oranges. As soon as the desired flavour is achieved, the orange peel is removed from the oil and the flavoured olive oil is then filtered and bottled. This makes this product a purely natural product, as it is free from artificial additives. It is also sustainable, as the olive oil and oranges come from 100% certified organic farming.

Orange and olive oil cake
Here you will find a delicious recipe for a Mediterranean orange olive oil cake with Mani organic orange olive oil.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium-sized organic oranges
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 60 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
- 60 ml Mani orange olive oil
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the oranges:
- Wash the oranges thoroughly and boil them in a pan of water for about 1 hour until they are soft. This will reduce the bitterness of the peel.
- After cooking, leave the oranges to cool, cut them in half and remove the pips. Then puree the oranges including the peel. Set the puree aside.
- Prepare the pastry:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake tin (approx. 23 cm in diameter) and dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens in colour and doubles in volume.
- Slowly add the olive oil (orange oil and pure extra virgin olive oil) and mix well.
- Stir the orange puree into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients:
- Mix together the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and gradually sift into the orange and egg mixture.
- Stir gently until all the ingredients are just combined. Do not stir too much so as not to overwork the batter.
- Bake:
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake tin and smooth out.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Leave to cool and serve:
- Remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes.
- Then carefully remove the cake from the tin and leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.
- Dust with icing sugar if desired.
- The cake tastes best freshly baked, but develops an even more intense flavour after a day.
Enjoy your homemade olive oil orange cake! This cake has a wonderfully moist texture and a refreshing citrus flavour.
