The light-coloured balsamic vinegar, Condimento Bianco from Carandini is made from the finest Italian ingredients: White wine vinegar and grape must concentrate. The grape juice (must) obtained by pressing is traditionally boiled down to obtain a thickened product (must concentrate). In combination with high-quality organic white wine vinegar (also from Carandini), this wonderful Balsamico Bianco is created. The mixture of wine vinegar (72%) and must concentrate ensures a harmonious balance between acidity and sweetness. This makes a Condimento Bianco milder (lower acidity) and sweeter than a conventional white wine vinegar.
Carandini's Condimento Bianco is a subtly sweet white condiment vinegar that adds a gentle sweetness and mild flavour to sauces, vinaigrettes and cold dishes. This certified organic seasoning sauce adds a special flavour to any application.
