Truffle balsamic cream Use

Goat's cheese tart with balsamic truffle glaze

  • Ingredients (serves 4): 1 roll of puff pastry (from the chiller cabinet), 200 g fresh goat's cheese or use goat's cheese roll as an alternative, 6 fresh figs, 2 tbsp orange blossom honey, 2-3 tbsp balsamic truffle cream from Bellei, 1 sprig of fresh thyme (optional), extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
  • Preparation:
  1. Prepare the puff pastry: Preheat the oven to 200 °C, roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray, prick several times, leaving the edges free.
  2. Spread the goat's cheese: Spread the goat's cheese evenly over the pastry, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the figs on top: Slice the figs and spread evenly over the goat's cheese.
  4. Finish with honey & balsamic cream: After baking, drizzle with orange blossom honey and balsamic truffle cream.
