♥ with peach from the Cova da Beira region (Portugal)
☀ mildly sweet fruity flavour
✓ loose quality tea
The white tea with fruit pieces (Chá Branco Pêssego) from Lisbon Tea Co. from Portugal is an infusion tea with a mildly sweet fruity flavour. The peach for this harmonious, fruity tea blend comes from the Cova da Beira region. The soil and climatic conditions of the Cova da Beira region (central Portugal) enable the cultivation of multi-layered vines and fruit. The peach impresses with its fragrant aroma, the yellow and juicy flesh and its sweet flavour.
White tea (grown in China) is one of the rarest and therefore most precious types of tea in the world. It is specially shaded and is therefore low in chlorophyll, although it is one of the green teas. The young tea leaf appears silvery-white, covered with a fine down on the underside. White leaf tea is characterised by its extraordinary mildness.
The gentle mildness of the white leaf tea offers the fine peach flavours sufficient space and seduces with its gentle fruity flavour and a delicate floral note. This tea composition exudes a pleasantly fruity fragrance and develops a mildly sweet fruity flavour after infusion. The tea gets its natural sweetness from the fructose in the peaches.
The white tea with peach is supplied in a metal tin, which preserves its flavour and protects it from external influences. The loose tea contains 25g and is sufficient for approx. 15 cups (1.7g per cup - approx. 1 teaspoon/cup). The infusion time is 3-4 minutes. The infusion tea has a mild and sweet fruity flavour.
