VINNOCENCE Merlot is de-alcoholised using a gentle process so that the typical aromas of the Merlot grape can be found in the glass. As a result, it is velvety, soft and full-bodied, as you would expect from a Merlot. At the same time, it has a moderate acidity. Flavours of plums and cherries can be detected on the palate. This non-alcoholic version of a Merlot offers unadulterated enjoyment. This aperitif has been specially developed for those who want to experience the full flavour and aroma of a Merlot without consuming alcohol. Although this alcohol-free drink is made from organic wine and complies with the current BNN product range guidelines, it is not currently labelled organic.
