The Balsamico Bianco and the Aceto, are rightly customer favourites. The unique flavour and high quality have been impressing our customers for years. The origin of both vinegar specialities lies in the family business Fattoria degli Orsi. The Fattoria degli Orsi farm has been organically farmed since it was founded in 1982 and is located far away from busy roads south of Modena. Today, production and bottling take place at the traditional Acetaia Bellei Luigi & Figli s.r.l. in Modena.
