Veneziano Aperitivo Naturale is not only suitable for the classic SPRITZ pleasure but can be used in many ways. The bittersweet organic liqueur can be mixed creatively and deliciously. We present all possible variations, which can compete with the classic. But of course, first the classic recipe:
Everyone knows it and rightly so, it is enjoyed not only in summer. The preparation is very simple: 3 parts organic Prosecco, 1-2 parts Veneziano Aperitivo Naturale, 1 dash of sparkling mineral water, ice cubes, a slice of organic orange as decoration. And the beloved drink is ready
The name itself promises a refreshing Mediterranean drink. To make the Veneziano Zisch, simply add lots of crushed ice and lemonade to the Bio Aperitivo Naturale. Fresh ginger and thyme add a certain something. This variant is significantly lighter (lower alcohol content) than the classic. This makes it an excellent choice for hot summer days!
The original Bellini from Italy consists of pureed peach and Prosecco. For our Bellini with Veneziano Aperitivo Naturale, we simply add a sip of the aperitivo. So, for one serving, puree half a juicy peach (cut the peach at the top and bottom and scald with boiling water, let it steep briefly, Rinse with cold water and peel the skin. Remove the flesh from the stone and puree.) and mix with 20ml Aperitivo and 100ml Prosecco. Serve on ice. This cocktail is a wonderful blend of fruit and bitter notes. However, stir before drinking so that all the ingredients mix well.
A Sour usually consists of a spirit (whiskey or pisco), lemon juice, sugar and egg white. However, the recipe is adapted for the Veneziano Sour. Instead of lemon juice, we need lime and orange juice. Instead of the spirit, there is the organic liqueur. The egg white remains because the vigorous shaking with egg white creates a beautiful foam crown that unfolds the aromas.
No matter which recipe you choose, Veneziano Aperitivo Naturale is a delicious organic liqueur that adds that certain something.
