Organic Passata

The Passatas from Belfiore bear the affectionate name Le Salse del Cuore – the sauces of the heart. Made from sun-ripened, organically grown tomatoes from Tuscany and neighbouring regions, these products are characterised by the highest quality. They are processed quickly but gently immediately after the harvest. Mamma Renza also lovingly harvests the basil and adds it by hand to each jar.
