Chá Preto Biológico or organic black tea from Lisbon Tea Co. is a type of tea made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, which are grown and processed without synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or other chemicals.
Black tea is made from fully oxidised leaves, which gives it a stronger flavour and higher caffeine content than other teas, such as green or white tea. It can be enjoyed on its own or with milk and sugar.
The tea contains natural antioxidants and is known for its intense flavour. Longer infusion times lead to a more intense flavour with slightly bitter aromas.

Preparation
