Olive oil with garlic and chilli

The seasoning oil (Condimento all'Aglio e peperoncino) from Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori Peperita is made from pure organic ingredients from Tuscany. The Azienda is known for its organic and biodynamic cultivation of chilli specialities from all over the world. The chilli peppers, from Habanero Chocolate to Jalapeno Pepper, are grown on this organic farm in the heart of Tuscany, between Bolgheri and Bibbona. This special seasoning oil brings a unique flavour with wonderful heat to a wide variety of dishes.

Garlic chilli oil - that special something

Olive oil is a wonderful flavour carrier and harmonises perfectly with garlic and chilli peppers. This is proven by the olive oil-based chilli garlic seasoning oil from Peperita. The seasoning oil is an enrichment for every gourmet, hobby cook and simply connoisseur. Olive oil with garlic and chilli Use

How can the garlic chilli oil be used?

  1. Salad dressings: The seasoned olive oil with garlic and chilli pepper gives salad dressings a wonderfully spicy flavour. Harmonises particularly well with green salads with fruit (apples, blueberries and/or strawberries). In combination with lemon juice, salt and pepper and a little honey, it can make a delicious dressing for green salads.
  2. Marinades: The flavoured olive oil is a good base for marinades for meat, poultry or vegetables. Garlic and chilli give the dish a spicy Mediterranean flavour.
  3. Bruschetta: The olive oil with garlic and chilli is perfect for making bruschetta. Spread it on toasted bread and top with fresh tomato slices and mozzarella for a tasty snack.
  4. Pasta: Use the garlic chilli oil as a topping for pasta dishes. After you have cooked and drained the pasta, you can pour the flavoured oil over it and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
