The seasoning oil (Condimento all'Aglio e peperoncino) from Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori Peperita is made from pure organic ingredients from Tuscany. The Azienda is known for its organic and biodynamic cultivation of chilli specialities from all over the world. The chilli peppers, from Habanero Chocolate to Jalapeno Pepper, are grown on this organic farm in the heart of Tuscany, between Bolgheri and Bibbona. This special seasoning oil brings a unique flavour with wonderful heat to a wide variety of dishes.
