The red wine is full of power and harmony. The packaging is elegant and minimalist. The cuvée of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc shows a true variety of aromas. Lots of fruit, lots of flavour, harmoniously balanced. The organic red wine from the Côtes de Thongue, the Mediterranean region of France between Pézenas and Béziers, showcases the potential of this sun-drenched region. The Domaine Bassac vineyard is deeply rooted in this region. But it was only through François Delhon and Jean-Philippe Leca that the winery was awakened from its slumber and made into a pioneering organic winery in the Languedoc.
