The white grape variety Malvasia carries a piece of cultural history with it. It is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties and its roots go back to ancient times, when it found its way from Asia Minor via Greece to the whole of Europe. Today it may no longer have the same significance, but fortunately there are still some producers who cultivate this fascinating grape.
The La Belle Malvasia from the Lunaria series focuses on pure aroma. An expressive yet delicate scent of lychee, quince and honey. This bouquet literally jumps out of the glass and remains extremely exciting with every sip.
The biodynamically cultivated vineyards certified by Demeter of the cooperative Cantina Orsonga are marketed as a separate project under the Lunaria brand. The biodynamic preparations are also produced by the cooperative itself in collaboration with a mountain farmers' cooperative whose cows graze in the national park. In keeping with the local wine tradition, a variety of well-adapted grape varieties are grown in the region. The range of Lunaria wines is correspondingly diverse. What all wines have in common is an astonishingly high level of quality.
