Green Olive Paste

The paste made from green organic olives from Greece is a culinary delight. It has a wide range of uses in the kitchen. Because it is more than just a spread. Green olive paste gives many dishes that certain Mediterranean something. MANI's Naturland Öko + Fair certified green organic olive paste is made from selected green organic olives (of the Amfissa variety), selected herbs and MANI organic extra virgin olive oil. The firm flesh of the green olives has a wonderfully spicy taste. This makes the green olive paste very aromatic and tasty.

There are different varieties of olive paste in the various Mediterranean countries. In Italy, it is often combined with various herbs and nuts, in France it is known as tapenade with herbs and capers, and in Greece, olive paste often consists of olives mixed with herbs, sea salt, garlic and the best olive oil. However, classic olive paste is also often mixed with feta or yoghurt, which takes the taste experience to a whole new level.
So here's our tip: mix Mani green olive paste with crumbled feta to create a homogeneous mixture and serve on toasted white bread!

Green olive paste is more than just an olive spread. There are many uses for it in the kitchen. Here are some ways in which green olive paste can be used in the kitchen:
