Lemon chilli sauce from Tuscany

The organic chilli sauce with lemon (chillimone) comes from Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori, or Peperita for short. The organic farm from Tuscany is known for its biodynamic cultivation of chilli varieties from all over the world.
Wonderful chilli varieties such as Jalapeño, Caroline Reaper, Chocolate Habanero and Cayenne peppers are grown on the farm with much love and dedication according to organic and biodynamic standards.

You can taste this dedication. The sauce impresses with fresh citrus flavours combined with a beautiful spiciness that develops powerfully. It consists only of pure organic ingredients and is free from any additives. The sauce made from chilli peppers (Capsicum Chinense), sea salt, apple cider vinegar and essential lemon oil is the ideal accompaniment for a wide range of dishes. Perfect with grilled beef, grilled vegetables or as a dip, e.g. mayonnaise with a hint of "chillimone".

The spiciness rating of 3 out of 10 can be a little misleading here. This is because the lemon chilli sauce has a heat level that is at the upper end of the Scoville scale (SHU). In other words, even if the heat level is 3, this should not be underestimated.
