The organic chilli sauce with garlic is produced in the heart of picturesque Tuscany. The organic farm Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori, Peperita for short, specialises in the biodynamic cultivation of chillies from all over the world. Here you can find wonderful chilli varieties such as Jalapeño, Caroline Reaper, Chocolate Habanero and Cayenne peppers. Cayenne is the basis for the chilli garlic sauce. The cayenne pepper, which was already known to the Mayas and Aztecs and was one of the first to be spread after the discovery of America, is one of the most popular types of chilli pepper in the world. It belongs to the genus Capsicum annuum and originates from French Guiana, whose capital Cayenne gave it the name "cayenne pepper". The fruit is a bright ruby red colour. The pod is thin and between 8 and 10 cm long. The heat can be between 10,000 and 30,000 SHU. The chilli sauce with garlic from Peperita has a full-bodied spiciness with a nice heat. (Spiciness level 3 out of 10 - whereby anything between 7-10 is more pain than pleasure :D) The organic chilli sauce is free from artificial preservatives and flavour enhancers. The ingredients are limited to organic / biodynamic paprika annuum, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar and organic garlic.

DRESSING FOR SALADS AND VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of chilli sauce with garlic (chilli aglio)
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
Place the chilli sauce, apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a sealable jar (e.g. jam jar). Shake vigorously until sealed. The result is a thick dressing that can be used to dress raw vegetables or salads.
SPAGHETTI WITH CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 people:
320g spaghetti
2 teaspoons of chilli garlic sauce
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons capers
6 basil leaves
2 tablespoons pine nuts or almonds
3 sage leaves
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Pour the olive oil, chilli garlic sauce (chiliaglio) into a pan with the sage leaves (chopped), basil (chopped) and pine nuts (chopped). Add the capers and the cooked spaghetti and mix well. Tip: Serve with a little pamersan
