The Aceto Balsamico ‘Etichetta Verde’ from the Precious line from Acetaia Bellei is a medium-density vinegar, i.e. it is characterised by a solid viscosity. The unique harmony of flavours of this Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is the result of careful ageing in oak barrels (approx. 5 years). Here it can develop its full flavour and gently lose its intense top notes.
This vinegar is a deep, brilliant brown colour and promises flavours of the highest quality. The flavour is pleasantly acidic without being overpowering. The subtle nuances of wood and fruit are clearly recognisable, while the body and smooth texture of the product are truly impressive With its light density, the flavour lingers on the tongue for a long time, allowing you to enjoy the complete variety.
