About the wine
The magic word for this rosé is FRESHNESS. This is due to the special, somewhat cooler microclimate, which
benefits the grapes ripening at 300 meters above sea level under the name-giving ruin 'Chapelle Saint Pierre.
The Rosé Chapelle Saint Pierre is colorful in typical Languedoc style with lots of ripe red fruit on the nose. In addition to raspberries and red currants, some plums and white chocolate. A nice melt on the palate, not only charmingly fruity but also pleasantly herbal: dried sage and rosemary add complexity. Lots of body and plenty of power, yet very catchy and versatile as a food companion. Especially good with Mediterranean dishes.
