Pickled grilled peppers in olive oil are a delicacy from Tuscany. The ingredients - peppers 60%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, grape juice, garlic and sea salt - are from controlled organic farming. The grilled peppers in olive oil are ideal as a starter (antipasti), in salads and in dips. Excellent also as a pasta sauce (mushrooms (sliced) fried in olive oil, add garlic, drain the grilled peppers and chop them completely in a mixer with salt and pepper and a little water (2-3 tbsp), add the pureed peppers to the mushrooms.
