MANI organic olive oil is extracted with great care from single variety Koroneiki olives. To achieve the unique taste of ginger, a special method is used: finely chopped, fresh organic ginger pieces are added to the cold extracted olive oil. The ginger pieces remain in the Mani olive oil until it has acquired the desired aroma. The ginger pieces are then removed from the oil again and the flavoured organic olive oil is then filtered and bottled.

How can Mani ginger olive oil be used?
Dressings and vinaigrettes: combine the seasoning oil with, for example, some lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, and vinegar to create a refreshing dressing for salads or vegetable dishes.
Marinades: As a base for marinades for meat, fish or vegetables. The ginger aroma of the seasoning oil adds a special flavour to the ingredients.
Baking: Replace some of the butter or vegetable oil in baking recipes with olive oil with ginger to add a subtle ginger note to pastries. It is particularly good for cakes & biscuits.
Roasting and grilling: Use ginger flavoured olive oil to season meat, fish or vegetables after frying or grilling. The oil provides additional flavour and a subtle ginger spiciness.
Dips and sauces: Mix Mani ginger olive oil with garlic, yoghurt or tahini to create delicious dips and sauces for vegetable sticks or bread. The oil is particularly suitable as an additive for hummus.
