The Aceto Balsamico "Sua Maestà" matures in oak barrels for about 12-13 years according to the Solera method (as with sherry and brandy). This long aging gives a complex, harmonious and fruity aroma. The traditional maturation as well as exclusively Italian organic ingredients lead to a high and velvety density.
Goes well with meat, mature cheese, strawberries, ice cream, fresh and grilled vegetables
